Try applebees instead of chillis.... but those are chain restaurants. Theyre hit or miss. Try actual restaurants instead of chain restaurants theyre in the "main street" of any town/city. Try some department stores. At the outlets i would take a look at the polo store, fossil, asics, banana republic, j crew, williams sonoma. For food whole foods, trader joes grocery stores. Total wine and more for alcohol if you drink. Also your sure to find good hibachi and sushi places.
