Great video! I really appreciate the limits you put on the list because although I totally get that people want to talk about the 9000th volume of One Piece, it gets a bit repetitive. I'm curious, do you have any reccs for mini-comic series? I'm thinking about series that can be collected into one or two trades. I love when things have many volumes, but also there's something so satisfying to reading a single book and getting the whole story.
Do A Powerbomb by Daniel Warren Johnson would be my first pick for a single trade story. Some others would include The Many Deaths of Laila Starr, I Kill Giants, Daytripper, Snapdragon, and Danger and Other Unknown Risks. For mainstream comics, you can get the initial Jaime Reyes Blue beetle run or marvel’s Runaways series in two trades each.
