Creatures (PSX) Soundtrack - Track 30

Found this game in my collection. I've never played it before but I like the music.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any information about who composed it or what the titles of the tracks are.
The lack of credits for the soundtrack could imply that it's a collection of stock music but that's just a rough guess.
This one is known as the "Radetzky March", originally composed by Johann Strauss I. I have no idea what this track is used for within the game. It seems a bit out of place compared to the rest of the music.
