No automobile shouts the presence of Old Money louder than the Rolls-Royce Phantom. Its massive size, stately proportions, and imperious upright grille-topped with the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament-make a statement that passersby can't look away from as they wonder who might be sipping champagne in the sumptuously padded rear seat. The Phantom hues to Rolls tradition-for now-by still being powered by a nearly silent gasoline V-12 under its long hood. A pillowy soft ride floats you gracefully across life's harsh bumps. The Phantom receives no updates for the 2024 model year, just a slight increase in pricing. The Phantom's styling, powertrain and features otherwise remain and provides the same luxurious feeling sedan from the previous model year.

The price of the 2024 Rolls-Royce Phantom starts at $505.750 and goes up to $662.750 depending on the trim and options.

One does not simply choose a Phantom-or any Rolls-Royce for that matter-off dealer lot. No. These cars are built to the exacting requirements of the millionaires and billionaires who purchase them-and these carriages of the rich are often customized down to the last detail. We won't even begin to suggest which special-order options are worth adding because, well, how would we know? We would, however, suggest springing for the Extended Wheelbase model to take advantage of its limousine-like rear-seat legroom. As they say, go big or go home.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
Prodigious power is provided by a silken 563-hp twin-turbo V-12 paired with an eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive. Acceleration is brisk, but Rolls-Royce's claimed 5.1-second zero-to-60-mph time isn't anything you'd appreciate your chauffeur trying to replicate. The Phantom is better suited to easing along lazily; delicate inputs to throttle and steering are what it likes best. To say that the ride is smooth would be an understatement-imagine being carried aloft on a fluffy cloud. The Phantom practically levitates over the road; it features a pothole-spotting camera that helps the suspension adapt to road imperfections in real time. It's a library-quiet, sensory-deprivation cocoon.

I like how he wasn't even allowed to touch the key fob with his bare hands.
A lot of car content creators use gloves. He didn't use gloves on the actual body of the car. I would be more concerned about fingerprints on the piano black lacquer on the dash then the key fob.

I probably have to style or taste, but I like the ostentatious, daring interior colors on cars featured on this channel, but even so I would prefer the bright, toothpaste-like looking turquoise colored interior I have seen on a G-wagon on this channel a while back.

Excellent spec. Rear Phantom seats should never be bench seats. Lavender interior is..... different. Still wouldn't drop $600K. Could wait about 5-7 years and wholesale this would be around $200K.

I always said it, Mercedes/Maybach is consumer grade luxury, Rolls Royce is inbred hemophiliac grade luxury.
You kind of need gaps between your teeth to be chauffeured around in one of those and really round the picture, hehehe.
Who wanted this interior design? Absolutely ugly! This is how you can mess up a classic! You can't buy a class with money! The interior color is just sick! All you can really do is drive the car to the nearest scrap mill, because with this interior you'll never find a new owner.
When a person commissions a new Rolls-Royce, it is never about finding a new owner, it is all about the commissioner's wants and requirements of their luxury conveyance. They are not interested in who the next owner will be. We are all different. Your Phantom would no doubt be finished differently to my Phantom (should either of us be able to afford one), we're all different human beings.

Are you kidding? This a a fantastic vehicle but it is no way targeted at "old money" blue-bloods or aristocrats (most of those people prefer not to draw too much attention). This is a car bought by people who have been successful in life (self made) and want to make a statement.
