"I am running 20 miles a day and that's too much, so I'm moving to the North Pole because I should only be running 5 miles a day".... Move to the North Pole, or just run the 5 miles that you already know you should be running.

Khamzat is clearly a better wrestler but Seans takedown defense is about 85%. Even though Khamzat is the better wrestler, he also has the worst boxing defense I have ever seen. Hell of a chin but Seans striking is way too good, IMHO. No knockout power but it's just too clean. If Sean can improve is defense on the ground specifically against Khamzat wrestler....it's a relatively easy win for Sean.

Chimaev is a strong wrestler for sure but he is not noted for his gas tank...the opposite in fact. He's not a Merab or Colby. Common wisdom is that Chimaev will be less potent if he's dragged into those latter rounds where Whittaker is entirely at home. it will be an interesting fight and Chimaev's first test against a well-rounded, world-class guy who is a true MW.

khamzat is really top tier championship material. the only glaring hole in his game is his pacing and severe cardio issues. now we have yet to see how he's gonna perform against rob but either way it's going to be a TALL task for Rob to beat him. We've never seen khamzat in lot of trouble in any of his fights other than his own cardio failing him. (yes I'm aware he went "life and death" with burns but he was never really dominated. it was a back and forth where he wanted to finish burns however possible.
