it is tough getting a replacement hook blade what fits this saw and that was dealing with Fiskars, also a few years ago I got from them a recall notice because they said the pole locks were not working and it could pull out of the pole when used, they wanted you to break you pole and send them a picture and they would send you a coupon to get a free one, I never had a problem so I kept mine
Thank's man. I had no idea it was a loper (pruner) too. I expected the cord to operate the blade. My model is slightly different, there is only one position for the saw to be mounted. 🪚

Yes, this is a brand new one
So you don't even have to have the saw blade attached to it if you don't need it...
No, you can take the saw blade off and put it back on when you need it. I just leave it on though.

I like this pole saw it works really good for me and it can get branches when the heck up there
My thought, too. I expected to see a demonstration of sawing - not lopping. I'll have to take another look at mine. I never even noticed a lopper.
