My dear students through the greater sciatic foramen altogether eight structures emerge below the piriformis . They are...sciatic nerve,nerve to quadratus femoris, posterior femoral cutaneous nerve, inferior gluteal vessels and nerve, nerve to obturator internus, internal pudendal vessels and pudendal nerve.
