  • Carrying a kid around is no joke. It’s a frequent cause of neck and shoulder tension! To support carrying, strengthening not only the arms but also the scapula and core can help alleviate tension and make carrying kids a lot easier on the body.
    Being strong is always a good solution to an issue! Give these exercises a try, and see what you think. I like the combo of doing them together because each one hits a slightly different area.
