The Upgrade monkey is one of Tewtiy and Sabre's favorite new mods. It makes a game of btd 6 quite random, but that makes it fun! But sadly, there was one thing that was lacking from this mod... Paragons! BUT WAIT NO LONGER! Paragons have come to the upgrade monkey mod!

just so you know, these videos are recorded weeks in advance, nothing you see happened recently, that's why Tewtiy has already covered this ages ago, because his videos are recorded and uploaded on the same day or the following day

They aren't weeks into advance - I think they are 3-4 videos since when they hit like goals and subscriber goals they do note them around the correct time - the videos do take awhile to edit since the editor also edits for tewity

After Sabre had to reset and come back after his computer crashed, he went to a new game but there was literally a saved game where he left off all he had to do is continue, but his luck was great the second time too.
It crashed every time he tried to get back to where he left off. It probably would have crashed off that save too.
The mod is pretty unstable in some places, saves being one of them.

Video idea …. With the version of this mod that allows you to choose whatever upgrades you want go head to head with only 10 choices of upgrades . 1 godly 4 exotics 5 legendarys or lower . Ranging from damage boosts to just straight power from the towers . Would be interesting to see what options each of you would pick

I'd really love to see a 1v1 like this where you're allowed to use other towers too. Just vanilla btd6 + upgrade monkey mod. Make whatever strat you want. You could put down banana farms to put it all into upgrade monkey, set up multiple upgrade monkeys along the track but then its not quite as efficient buying buffs on just one. Even god boost a songular upgrade monkey if you think that's the strat that will beat the other person. What hero goes best with it? You gonna take the effort to fully Vengeful Sun God boost the upgrade monkey? These are the strategy decisions. Extra interesting without cross pathing so you can't just cheese banana farms into the upgrade monkey, theres a bit of a natural limit.
One interesting thought, would the upgrade monkey get buffed by Admiral Brickell if its placed on water thats become ice? The sun god does, cause counts as a water tower that way so that'd be interesting to figure out too.
Nautic Siege core could also be pretty cool with upgrade monkey on its deck in support mode, cause ALL those abilities would have reduced cooldown.
Just a thought.

somehow you guys should do like pro vs luck video in btd 6 , i have absolutely no idea how but you guys should do it
Technically Tewity won since he was on a higher round and Bloons were getting less far than when Sabre was on a lower round and balloons were getting decently close to the end
I feel like the Ancient Monkey theoretically could go infinite rounds since it seems that it scales faster than the balloons as long as you get the money going.

How do you guys get your mods?
I think Sabre is a little “cringier” than Tewtie. But I still kinda miss the old days, I’ll come back to watching BTD6 content every once in a while and watching modded videos here seems like a nice break.
