No creature except man is doing any harm to these elements. It is due to unconscious living of man we are facing severe water scarcity and soil is gradually becoming lifeless. No technology can produce soil and water. It is only man with perseverance and willpower can save water. But, pity is that man is investing all his intelligence and wisdom for accumulating wealth and luxuries by destroying precious trees which are main factors for water and other natural water bodies. Our rulers, administrators and bureaucrats have forgotten their responsibilities for their personal agendas!
