Thanks. The soldiers are by Marx bought on E-Bay and Classic Toy Soldiers. The tanks are made by BMC. The nice thing about the tanks is that they are scaled right to the size of the army men.
These are really great little videos you've done here! I love the way you've done the muzzle blasts to look so realistic and the heads being blown off with the flowing blood is a unique touch! Quite the imagination indeed. I also like how the German's actually won the battle in this one but ultimately lose the bridge in the end. These are great fun to watch seriously and your love for the hobby really shows. Keep 'em coming my friend. I do the WWII era 1/35 scale Tamiya models myself.
Outstanding! Excellent attention to detail, and the endless action. Wow. Hope to see more of your work in the future. A couple of questions if you have the time. Where'd you score your figures, and how large was your set?
Classic toy soldiers are the best. They make realistic figures. Both U.S and Germans. Those Panzer,Tiger tanks by B.M.C are the best. I need to get more for the Battle of the Bulge. Nice Vid!
this is......................................................................................................................................................................AMAZING!
If anyone is wondering ..... Yes that King Tiger should or would still be operational and in the fight . The bazooka round as well as the round from the canon would just bounce off or just explode killing anyone outside of the tank . The forward plate of the turret was several centimeters thick as well as the sides of the turret and mane body of the tank front and sides . The weakest point is still in the back . See I told you . Track was a minor damage and just scratched the paint .
Not too bad! But, ya made one major mistake. Where is the snow? In December, in Belgium, there was snow, lots of it. Love the toys. Love the soldiers. Love the trees and groundwork. You even have backdrops! All of it damn good.
I also like the detail of the tanks on these particular toys because you can clearly determine the difference between the German Tiger II Panzer tanks and the American "Sherman" tanks. Who makes these particular toys and what scale are they if you don't mind me asking? I love the videos and one can clearly see how much hard work has gone into these videos of yours. Nice job on all three videos my friend. I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.
As a German I loved the Germans speaking unintelligible gibberish. And the end - superb ^^ But please don't use the Bundesadler - the heraldic animal of our modern republic - for the Nazis.
@@KingwoodStudios @KingwoodStudios Thanks man! If you need to find a picture of the Nazi eagle search for Reichsadler (literally empire eagle). Also, I think the end was good because it was a derrivation of the common army men stop motion picture theme of shooting until one side is completely anihilated. The blown up bridge was also a step into that direction. But maybe a few surviving G.I.s who could celebrate that victory would have been even better. A good anti climax could also be soldiers surrendering and being marched off along the road on whicht the enemy attack column advances. Just some thoughts.
I had the guy shown at 4:26 ... and again at 4:40 he is shot and his helmet is flying off, the edge still attached to his head. I often wondered how to best use him in combat.
Captain:Uhh general,we lost the battle. General:Neih neih neih nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent! Great scenery, great action and sound FX! Well done!
I love this gold old film. Too many little children with trashy animation and figures ... this is good stuff. I love it.
Thanks AD
