There are several avenues available to you.
In my opinion, three of the more effective avenues are:
File a complaint with your State Police Complaints Authority. This is an agency that was formed after a Supreme Court order to all States and is in place to address specifically these kinds of incidents.
File an FIR. The police station will in all probability refuse to file your FIR. Don't fret. Engage a criminal lawyer and approach your local magistrate seeking direction to the police station to to file the FIR. Once the FIR is in place, the fun begins. Send copies of the FIR to everyone from the chief of police, DGP, Home Minister, Department of Personnel and the State Human Rights Commission. You will find that the officers concerned will now suddenly become very amenable to "settling" the matter before it proceeds any further in court. They will most likely offer you a cash settlement at this stage. Take it and walk away a little richer and happier if you think you have achieved what you set out to. If not, continue to pursue the matter through the criminal trial which may follow the FIR.
Approach the commissioner of police in your city or your area DGP to air your grievance to institute departmental action against the concerned officer.
None of this will be easy. So, if you are looking for a quick fix, I can tell you right now that this may not be worth pursuing and you may be better off making your peace with whatever has happened. However, if you are resolute, the sky is the limit. And you will walk away with your sense of dignity and justice.

If they had got good parenting and a healthy growing environment, I'm sure they wouldn't be anti-social. They deserve help, transformation and a better life.
