I had a storage unit. One of the rules of the management was you couldn't store any kind of food or drink - no matter how well sealed - in the unit due to rodents. I'm sure some people did anyway.

I have my grandmother’s Christmas village with the lead ice skaters. I am 75 so that gives you some idea on the age of those things, including the little paper houses.

The declaration of independence you found is a souvenir of the Bicentennial. I bought one as a kid in Philadelphia in 1976. After packing up a friend after a divorce and having to vacate the house on a deadline I’d say that’s an emotional pack job after a breakup. My friend packed EVERYTHING. It’s like all the emotions turned her into a hoarder and nothing was gotten rid of. It’s all neatly stacked in boxes in a storage unit.

The swung glass vase should sell for $150-$200 easily. Blue is a desirable color. The other vase appeared to be a cased glass vase, it could be worth about the same depending on age, condition and maker. I’d run those vases by Gemini Thrift, she will be able to help value them. That was a great storage full. Not much garbage in there. A good buy for $70. The blue glass vase is beautiful. I wouldn't call that a flea market item. The furniture looks all in good condition. The rotten smelly onions make up for the lack of food in that haul. LOL
I burst out laughing when you showed the onions (see, there was some food inside the unit) and it hurt real bad because I have a broken rib. But I didn’t mind because I enjoyed this video so much !!

The blue stretch glass vase is gorgeous! The color is called bluenique, it's likely Viking glass. They're going for a pretty penny these days, upwards of near $1000, in some antique shops and online selling sites.

A few years back I bought someone's collection of hot sauces. Instead of selling them I decided to use them. Never heard of hot sauce going bad.
Spicy sauces have vitamin A or acids, I heard and this maintains shelf life longer than other products.
Sell the furniture online. You'll get more for it that way. The cane and rattan set is in perfect shape.
Most hot sauce is made with vinegar & won’t spoil if not opened

Yes, because when you lose someone you love, it makes you afraid to lose anything else. That's probably the reason most hoarders started hoarded.
