L'Arche Cape Breton Community Retreat - 2023

We have concluded another beautiful time of community retreat in L’Arche Cape Breton. This year’s theme is Finding Our Rhythm. Using musical instruments, we took time together to reflect on the importance of rhythm (personally and collectively) in our lives and what we need to be attentive to this need.
