Kusaridama kenyou - what a cool weapon a walking stick with a weighted chain at the end. Genius. For me id also put a spear at the opposite end so its dual purpose.
Thanks Antony. Have you figured a way to get my Mubyoshi ryu magic video on your computer? Or you can help me do a drop box. I'm so computer illiterate.
The lost English samurai 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝 this guy has teachings you will never have Anthony how does it feel knowing Japan will never teach an English men truth .....China Korea Japan then AMERICA not England Europe south America Australia etc etc etc for a man that study's you don't know shit 💩🙉🙈🙊😝😝😝😝😝😝😝⚡😜👹🌚🇺🇸🇯🇵
This guy pulling out all those weapons reminded me of the seen from I'm gonna get you sucks where the guy had a gun in every possible place. What happens if this guy's falls with all that stuff in his clothes?? He might end up with a shuko through his nuts
That cane flail seems interesting. I can think of a few "upgrades" though. Namely, shortening the chain to half the length of the cane. Adding a single thread to the inside collar so the weight can be twisted to lock it to the cane and possibly adding a short spike to the top of the weight. Basically making a version that has less reach, impact (it would still suck to be on the business it though) and chance to bark your knuckles as a flail but, more control and versatility by allowing the cane to be used as a mace and possibly a spear. Still a neat video regardless, thanks for sharing.
Can you plz make tutorials on shinobi weapons. It would be really great if you do so. Cuz i can see you are brilliant in ninja weaponaries. Plz plz plz do it for us...plz!!! I'm really very interested in shinobis. For educational purposes u can do so...
Hello I watched your movie and I have a question. Would you send me a sketch with the dimensions of this secret powder box in the sword? I mean this moment 0:53. Regards, Grzegorz from Poland :)
The wakazashi with the hodden blade in handle seems pretty useless, like yeah you can get up real close and then do some stabbing but the bamboo one seems more useful considering it looks like a walking stick and you can get better reach
I mostly agree. I think the main point of that weapon (if it really is historical) is simply the element of surprise; a sudden attack with that weapon would confuse an opponent.By the way I gave the bamboo one to my landlady :D.
A lot of these weapons are used by togakoryu taijutsu by mansaki hatsumi. A modern version of ninjutsu. But in modern times things are easy to hide and smaller. I like hidden weapons. I carry a few. Like a kobutan. Nice video.
I have one issue. The one in which you have a small knife hidden in the handle of your sword. If I see someone just reaches for their sword (or any other weapon for that matter), I would either be forced to run or engage the person. So why would you want a small knife instead of a sword? To me, it would be like reaching for a AK-47 and surprising them with a handgun, hidden inside the AK-47 If I were to conceal a weapon, I would not conceal the weapon to look like another weapon.
I've been told it is historical but I don't think I've seen an actual antique example. If it were real I would think it was for a sudden attack as I show in the video, because it would throw the opponent off as he prepares to counter. Concealed blades in odd places were made mostly in the Edo (peacetime) period.
@@gabrielrossa5004 @undecidedgenius I'd wager that these are made out of short (tanto-length) blade and made to look like the actual katana when one cannot afford a real sword or possesses a broken sword blade. The katana scabbard would be solid to be used as a handle and instead the part which would be the katana handle would be the blade scabbard. Except for lower cost and the surprise factor it can be used for intimidation of strangers. If I were a person who couldn't afford a sword, but had the right to wear one, I'd like to have one of these. If I wear it in public everybody would believe I'm wearing an actual sword.
Ahh I see, love the videos! I hope that you could potentially talk about the Ninjato sword? I'm so unclear as to weather shinobi actually carried them? and if they did carry the Ninjato was it attached to there backs? And was it a straight blade? I've seen some videos of people disagreeing with others that the Ninjato was never a straight blade and movies and such have essentially created this type of sword. Hope to hear from you Gabriel
There is no evidence for a historical "ninja sword", and especially the straight bladed one. As far as wearing on the back, there are things written about carrying your sword on your back when traveling through rough terrain.
good stuff. the bujinkan needs to take notes. they used to teach this stuff in the 80s. i am happy to say i trained in the school for 6 years. trained in other japanese bugei schools. and 10 years solo in the mountains. and i can say that the bujinkan groups now. sure they excel in teaching hand to hand combat. taijutsu and other parts of budo and bujutsu but they dont do enough of the ninpo and ninja tools and secrets. skills. kuji. making weapons etc. etc. good stuff bro.
hello, i was wondering where/how you acquired these weapons? more specifically, the keitaiyo kusarigama and saya with metsubishi chamber both greatly intrigue me. thanks!

quite fascinating. No wonder ninjas were called "Shinobi no mono" (to move with stealth).
Great video. You just kept pulling them out.

what a wonderful video a treasure for those who practice ninjutsu and what a fantastic collection of weapons and hidden weapons thanks for sharing
Damn, I wish I could live there and be a shinobi no mono
This guy pulling out all those weapons reminded me of the seen from I'm gonna get you sucks where the guy had a gun in every possible place. What happens if this guy's falls with all that stuff in his clothes?? He might end up with a shuko through his nuts
Haha it is something to consider. I'm that guy by the way.
Cool. I make some ninja stuff too. I'm big on coats and I make some lock stuff. I'm gonna do a video on it eventually.

Omg!
That spear sword!😮
These are so cool!😎
The dust is there to confuse and shock the assailant putting delay on their ability to make the quicker decision.
How are the Shoken made?
I tried to make one or two but when i tested them the handle broke.
I love this video and weapons pleas more videos that them

Great work, some amazing equipment there. You're like a walking armory.
Thanks. I've wanted to do this video for a while now. Japanese clothes are great for hiding things!
Could you do individual vids for each weapon? I'm really interested in that keitaiyo kusarigama.
Another success my friend.
Hello

Grzegorz from Poland :)
You have to make the plug to the same dimensions as the habaki of the sword. The design will depend on the individual sword.
Superb concealed weaponry.
Thanks.

I doubt it can even take a Swing haha just imagine u grab the handle swing it and the blade comes off all ure left with if the handle hahaha

Great video! Are there any historical references to the kaginawa being used as a weapon or was it strictly a tool?
You should look up a book, "Kaginawa and its Use". It was used for many things and in martial arts its most prominent usage was for restraint.
As usual wonderful kit. You should create a shinobi museum in Hawaii truly exemplary.
Thank you. That would be fun.

My favorite Japanese weapon is Kunai.
I've seen an American guy demonstrating Japanese weapons. Very nice
Hope you get more kusarigama's or show off more if you have more that is, my favorite weapon type
I don't like to show weapons a lot but kusarigama is my favorite. I like to show either ninja tools or unusual historical things.

Alright thanks for your reply!
Nice video ...
I sorry for ruining the 69 but how'd you get these?

Would they just put dust or something in that box for blinding powder and same with the sword
Powdered glass or chili pepper, or both.
Very cool!
Somebody please make this a part of an Assassin's Creed game set in Japan
this is something ubisoft should use to create the next assassin creed game in japan right after the aztec saga next year
0:57 that sword is a joke so that your opponent laughs and you have time to flee or forgive you; it is as if a shotgun is fired from the butt. :v
Nice video. Btw are you doraemon? Why you can keep pulling out the weapons. Haha
So many samurai got bamboozled
When bush walking, you might reconsider using these when you go past bad people
Cool
That's why ninja has big clothes
This is is like the guy from a everyday candy video
Lấy tất cả những binh khí hủy diệt của mình. Thì ko bằng rút ra trong người một khẩu súng ngắn. Thì tất cả những binh khí đó chỉ là đồ bỏ đi mà thôi .
Gabriel upload new stuff so we can learn from you and grow.
I want to be his friend. Dude he has Ninja weapons.
THE JAPANESE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A CLEVER PEOPLE. GREAT VIDEO. HAVE YOU READ THE BOOK OF FIVE RINGS? I HAVE DONE DEEP STUDY OF ITS TEACHINGS.
The movie of Blind Fury brought me here
Unfortunately most of these weapons are illegal in Canada. Good stuff though.
