    Wonderful speech, and i loved it!
    In my opinion, the concept of quality should be redefined from scratch!
    Quality should not be a subject of internal debate!
    Quality is closely tied to the customer experience!
    We should aim for a satisfied customer because this is what will be the foundation of the explosive growth
    You can study the cases of Apple, Uber...
    The primary reason for startup failures, more than 80% in France, is the lack of early consideration of the customer's experience, and throughout the company's lifespan.
    Unfortunately, startup founders often prioritize appearing as geniuses rather than designing an experience that customers truly seek.
