I have said before - you and I are like kindred spirits. Yea my goals fall way off at the end of year. 😊. And it’s okay. I plan to take some time off from work to lean into time with family and enjoy the holidays. I need this because I really fall into a slump during the winter months. My goals now are focused on health and wellness, everything else is pretty light. I enjoyed the video.
I'm just skating by right now! I'm also just over this year and want to start fresh. I know the sooner I start getting myself together, the better. You inspire me to get that process going sooner rather than later! 🎉
I love your process. You encourage me to keep going even if it seems all uphill sometimes. Peace is important always but really in the holidays so what a great focus word for November!💜
There are some of my goals this year that I am definitely not going to reach and I've kind of let them go for now. But there are a few that are within reach and I'm going full speed ahead on those! I've started brain storming for next year. Can't wait to follow along with you for 2024 set up! I always love doing my goals with you because I just love your process. 🌻
I’m in the ‘f it’ portion of the year. It seems that most years by month 6-8 the year has devolved into survival mode. Yet every year - I hit Dec and Jan and have goals and habits and imagine myself as a different person with their shit together. It’s a proces. Not a great process but it’s all mine! Lol
I love watching you do your goals. I have so much trouble with that. What is your kidney drink? My son has problems with kidney stones. Many, many blessings.
Also… today is the 5th anniversary of my Dad’s death. It’s been 5 YEARS and it is still so raw. I’m not over it… it just seems like I know better how to get through it. The strangest things hit me like a brick wall. Smells. Memories. Something dumb. You’ll love the grief eventually. It means you haven’t forgotten and it reminds you of what you’ve lost.
I love the way you put that! I have this quote on my desk: "We never lose our loved ones. They accompany us; they don’t disappear from our lives. We are merely in different rooms.” - Paulo Coelho I find that comforting.

Sorry to hear about your grandfather passing. I lost my grandmother in April so I understand the ups & downs of grief. Hugs! 💔

I get it! Life happens, and you just need to focus on it sometimes.
I love that!

That quote is magical. I am going to share it with our family tonight. Thank you!
