@@Iamdarealnajee I totally agree with you, his hat nor the bass player's hat has nothing to do with their connection to God however I respectfully have to disagree with you when you say CLOTHES have nothing to do with your connection because if you are closely connected with God there are some clothes you just won't wear especially in the house of God. Example, A TRUE woman of God will NOT enter into the house of God wearing a mini skirt or a blouse revealing her breast, the spirit within her will tell her that isn't appropriate. There use to be a time when MEN would remove their hats when they went into ANY building period, let alone the house of God. No it doesn't mean you don't know God it's simply a respect thing. Yes He said come as you are but that doesn't mean STAY AS YOU CAME! A BIG problem in the church today is everybody wants to do ANYTHING they want and don't want anyone to say anything about it. As long as you pat them on the back and tell them how good they are everything is fine but as soon as you give them some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, rather than taking a look at what the person said and see IF THEY POSSIBLY COULD BE RIGHT, people get in their feelings and get defensive. If you feel that I'm out of line I apologize, it's just that over the years I have witnessed how far the church has fallen off due to this I can do what I want and can't nobody tell me nothing attitude of the people IN the church. It's something how anytime someone has a different opinion, the FIRST thing people holler is stop judging, all that means is they want to do anything they want but don't want anyone to say anything about it. Everyone has a right to their opinion even if they don't agree with you! Also even people who are anointed can still do some things that are out of order, anointed people aren't perfect!
