Thanks Hybban. It has been one I've been wanting to do for a while, but left it until I felt sure about how I could do it, and until I had the confidence to take on the editing ! Enjoy the rest of the series, Rick
We'll get there... I really just want to show you how the game plays. I didn't really have a clear idea before I played it for the first time. Maybe once you've seen the resolution phase you can come back and re-watch. My advice at this point is to just watch and not try to understand everything.. some things won't be clear until resolution. There are a lot of rules with this one... the series won't touch on everything, but I hope it gives you a good sense of the game. Enjoy! Rick
Yet another excellent series! I love your way of editing such a complex and unique game into a video, it works perfectly. Space Alert is a rather stressful game, but my gaming group plays it almost every time we have a sufficient amount of players and time. It's really fun to watch as well. =)
It is like solo, except you control one figure instead of all 4, and between you both you must control the other two figures. We play that we take two figures each, so to that extent it is easier. But harder in that you must place cards face-down, and android actions cannot be changed.
You should explain that two players can`t use gravity lift at the same time. In Your video, green and yellow player do it in phase 1. Only green player will use gravity lift. Yellow player have to use ladder and delays (miss one turn).
What a fantastic way to show this game! Great job editing. I'm looking forward to the next sections.

I've not completed the Resolution step yet..but a quick glance shows me that , yes, there will definitely be some delays... oh dear :( !
Thanks Crankbait4444. Next episode is uploading now.
Very helpful. Thank you for taking the time.
Hey, that's good to hear. My son and I enjoy this one 2-player too!
Great job as always, especially since this game is rather different to what you usually broadcast.

It is really confusing to watch when you don't understand what the resolution phase is about.
It's a pretty cool idea. Delays forced on one player or another can really mess with your timings though...

Hi, yes, I explain this is in the Resolution phase. Keep watching !

Sorry for missing that :)
And then you see ships in pieces because of faulty training! awwww!
Piotr Rorot
Yeah, because before somoene will see EP4, he/she may start play after EP2 :D
Yeah... with the explanation it doesn't seem so... hectic. Now I understand what you were doing... hmmm...
My brain just exploded. Not got a clue what is going on. Not a game for me and I really wanted to like it
Isn't it even more challenging because you need to control the androids as well as your own character? =)
