- I'm not quite sure what's going on in this video, besides the fact that Hastings isn't as innocent as he is in the series. I just really wanted to make a video to the cover of this song, and since Poirot is my current obsession and since Hastings is my favorite character...

I clicked this in a moment of idle curiousity, fully expecting to think "Now why did I waste my time on that?"; however, I found this to be suprisingly evocative. I'd never heard this cover before and I like it much better than the original. I am also quite fond of the good Captain and realise that the song does not fit his portrayal. That said, I would be fascinated by the AU in which it did. Many thanks.

Lol. Well I love innocent Hastings too, and I have made some normal Hastings videos that you might be interested in, but I love making AUs. And there was some lovely clips to go with this song.

Ha, I like this, but then I've always thought there should be more to Hastings then we saw in the books/TV show, something dark and possibly dangerous under that oh-so-naive facade... :) Please do some more!
