My former roommate's 1 yr old Boxer ate an entire month's worth of his anti-rejection medication (kidney transplant) and thankfully lived! Then my roommate needed to *immediately* get another prescription filled for his twice daily anti-rejection pills. This was in the US so the costs were astronomical!
Hi, thanks for sharing. Our dog has been prescribed amlodipine to prevent spikes in pressure where he suffers from primary glaucoma. Is amlodipine a medicine licensed for treatment for primary glaucoma wheee you are? 14 months into the medication he’s doing great with stable IOP of 13-17 so fingers crossed he doesn’t lose his remaining eye but I’ve not seen any other dogs on the sane medicine to combat the risk of a spike in BP triggering an increase in IOP.
