Congratulations to Mason Munn the length of contract shows the commitment and faith the club have that he can go on to play a huge part for Rangers in the future.
I think Hagi has decided it's time to part ways with Rangers. I don't see how he would dramatically improve us . Clement having been at Genk as manager will have been well aware of Hagi from his time in Belgium also at Genk and he hasn't risen to super stardom since . Good Euros , good offer raise some cash protect the wage bill. Maybe Norwich are interested and we are working a deal to take cash & Kenny McLean as I can't see us forking out for a 32 yr old regardless of the added experience . Quite a bit of talk about maybe not using 10 role next season even moving to a two up front on occasions . I'm hearing Phil wants to have options to try different formations for different scenarios . At some stage we will see movement of our attacking midfielders trying to shift Tom Lawrence on for 5m though I can assure you won't happen . Guy who wrote that nonsense last week needs to find a new job. Half the clubs in Turkey will be looking at Lawrence and thinking offer him a contract in January . Thats how they operate . Kent , Morelos, Lunny, Borna ...I know Morelos deal fell through at Fenerbache but they do like freebies . Everytime I look at a bosman who is being linked with Rangers Yotube reel the comments are always fans endorsing a move to Turkey. Join Galatasaray, come to Fenerbache, Welcome to Besiktas , Trabzonspor is waiting and they pay top dollar Lunny on 30k pw and a 500k bonus .
Hagi is a very good player but Clement has to decide if he will fit into his style of play. Forget the statistics with Cantwell the reality is, he is our best player.

Cantwell is Rangers best player ?? But only if I forget his stats . Take your word for that . I don't think Clement sees it that way personally on Cantwell or Hagi . We need better !

I agree, Todd is better in his own positions. I would say though, Owen. The injuries racket, plays into Clement 'having' to play players, out of position. There can only be two, answers, for that. The medical staff are 'mollycoddling' the players. Or, our players, are 'targeted' by known 'hammerthrowers' and the Refs, enable our opposition. By not, punishing them.
Yes last season Cantwell wasn't particularly consistent. That said though he was being played out of position quite a bit and had to come back from a couple of injuries. In the 2nd half of the previous season, he was consistently our nest player imo. Played in his best position and staying injury free, especially with more motivated and hopefully better players around him, I reckon he will be again. Hagi I'm kind of 50:50 on him. Personally I kind of hope Clement can find a regular place for him in the team and he stays. On the other hand, given a good performance in the Euros, we might get a got of money by selling him. I honestly wouldn't be upset either way.

I'd keep Hagi unless we get a right good offer, Cantwell is also good but lazy, he really should be played in his favoured position and we might see a better performance, but again he can go if the money is good. Out the 2, i would keep Hagi and play him as a 10..

I'd sell Hagi, he is overrated and isn't suited to the Scottish game. Cantwell is a better player and might shine a little more with better players around him.

Sell Hagi, especially if he plays well at Euros. We often hold on to players too long and lose them for nothing.
I agree. He did very little in La Liga this season. If we got £2-3million it could go towards someone better. I'm not a fan of Cantwell either because he's too much to say for himself then can't back it up on the pitch.
Put Munn out on loan to get experience at a young age
Maybe after next season . I think he will pick up a lot more being around Butland in training next season Ian.

Todd never shows up for big games. He's like a petulant teenager, and i think that is is having a negative effect on the team. PC won't stand for that much longer imo.

Good Euros for Hagi from here would go along way to paying for Sima and he is not only more suited he wants to be at Rangers . If you could have Sima or Hagi ? Sima wins every day of the week. No 2 ways about it m8.👍

Reason I believe is that they want to have some sort of release clause attached .10m dollars from January and reducing by half a year on. Penarol President being a bit stubborn. We can officially offer terms on July 1st on a pre-contract agreement. Might still get January bosman. One to keep an eye on. Rrahmani is being held up till we get a sale . Dessers leaving would be perfect . To get Rrahmani deal kickstarted .
