I admire your positive attitude bro. I’ve worked here over 20 years and can tell you if you are young enough do something else bud. This company has gone to hell.
@@williamsmith8041because he’s already put in so much time there he ain’t gonna find another job with that pays what he makes now . Or all the vacation and personal days he racked up . plus he’d lose his seniority . Also he said the company has gone to hell so it must’ve been better operated in the past than it is now . 🤷🏼
5:21 Dude..nothing better than having everything rotated and nice and neat only to come back the next week and everything being completely out of whack.
I’ve been a FTM for Frito lay for almost 3 years and I’m about to become RSA soon. Hopefully learning how to order and everything goes well for me. I want to be RSR and have my own route eventually.
Not sure how you spend 12hrs a day on the route. My uds route average 21-23k a week in sales, all my stores are to pog and I consistently go over plan and if I hit 50hrs in a week I was dragging my feet.
I’m suppose to start Monday and my only concern is the pay ! I make more now than the base pay is , so my question is ,,,, is your weekly check higher than base pay , like do you get ot and also do you get the bonus every month??? Please Help
U may or may not be all cool Frito stuff once on the new. Most of us lost between 10-20k a year. Also all clo or avs comes to every store. Just letting you know
I have an offer for this role on the table, my main concern is the hours. Once you get your own route can you start your day later(between 6-8am, rather than 3am as I’ve heard some do?).
@@Michaelprepthanks for the reply bro. Only other question I have is can you get a route with potential weekend days off? Possibly Friday, Saturday or even Sunday, Monday? I know getting the normal Saturday, Sunday is unlikely.
@@stevenkirk92 Sunday Monday routes are only bulk routes(large format) and the sat sun off days are both formats, but hard to come by because we’re seniority based.
Why are the store managers not doing inventory and then telling the RsR how much product that they want? What is the RsR selling? The stores should know how muchnif each item they need? Maybe i am looking at this wrong?
The rsr makes all the orders and controls the inventory, you are the salesman for every single FritoLay items in your sections , you will learn when to order when to deliver how to merchandise how to inventory and etc everything you need to become a salesman
Making those shelves great again. Keep up the good work G. Frito Lay Yeee. You heard E-40 Happy to be here. At Frito Lay I'm happy to be here.

You must hate your life. Stop spreading negativity.
I worked for Pepsi for 4 years hated it which is why I quit … you can’t say you hate something but dedicate your life towards it
I’m very grateful for the poles lol, like watching the videos man! Keep it up!
That’s how my day goes everyday, I just do what I can to fix it and move on

Days off?
Stores should have planograms. They should have shelf tags up or the Frito lay shelf strips that we are given to put in the store.
Good job brother, rsr out of the East bay the chip life isn’t for everyone but it’s worth it for some of us
Well spoken bro, for real

Pog strips are what you scan to order. So I f guess on??
Mike, surely EVERYDAY can't be a 12 hour day if your getting 50 hrs a week.tell us about some of your short days
I've seen some of his videos where he has a short , 5 stop day. That's usually 6-8 hours. But a standard day is 10
