I don't think we can consider them canon as they're more of an easter egg beside that the mods themseles based off those online parent models as those models can't be properly spawn as peds.

There's no asuka mod available so I just make her outfit mode for GTA Online female protagonist model....so ignore her appearance because it's mainly outfit mod...I'll improve and try to make her more closer to original but I am no mod maker.
Is it just me or do the NPCs in GTA V have a really weird posture? Their shoulders seem really low, like they're slouching. Online characters do it too. Seems to be more noticeable with male characters but the women are doing it too.
Not a big difference since GTA V and GTA IV are from the same generation and GTA III, VC and Sand Andreans are just a generation behind. And we didn´t got a proper GTA for PS4, XBox One.
Just goes to show how better GTA IV was in terms of face and body expressions. GTA V is too "flat" and characters never look unique. That's part of the reason why GTA SA characters look boring and unfamiliar on GTA V style.
You know, I sometimes think the definitive edition would have been 100 times better if Rockstar just tried and apply the GTAV port into the triology.

the claude model was based on the gta 3 model, but a higher quality version of his gta 5 outfit is in the mod
