The rates are digustingly bad.
My previous costume costed me 2,200 red tickets to collect 5 shards to combine into costume.
This month spent 660 tickets and got only 1 shard.
HG gachapon rolled 40x, not even purple HG with rest all unlocked.
SEA Devs need to adjust rates or add pity system for tickets. Otherwise, more will leave the game.

I guess after they give free ticket last event they want more money to roll this one...this gacha really terrible i not event get 1 event item...at least change 1 item there to freyr coin..so depressing
