In this live event, Ian Fretheim (Director of Sensory Analysis and lead creator of the Coffee Rose) discusses the coffee rose's driving principles, development, and use.
This sensory tool was developed by Cafe Imports, and we use it to evaluate every coffee that reaches our sensory labs. Now released to the public, we hope this walkthrough empowers you to take the Coffee Rose and run (or cup) with it.
