Is using of adapter recommended? safe? Its more about wire gauge that could pull the power rate of the box, adaptor is just a compromise on power requirements of this model
Is it safe to use a converter ? How long you are using it ? In my use I used to iron five pairs of clothes in one go ? Will it be safe or I have to install a large socket
It’s always safe to use a larger socket, I am using the converter from the date of purchase and still working fine… never changed the converter… still working fine I use on a daily basis
Hi bro,i bought same philips 2400watts steam iron today from flipkart,i used iron box just to check performance,and ironed just a small baby cotton frock,and after that on sole plate little burn mark appearing is that normal or should i replace the product please reply me
Thanks for your comment, it's not normal please do a replacement... otherwise, the stain again gets melted during heat and transferred to another cloth while ironing

@@srividya625 when the steam mode is on automatically the steam gets out while ironing on some regular intervals, but when the steam mode off then also you can use this feature with a button press
Thanks for your comments, pls check the water level, possibility of water drops may occur due to that, if you are not using steam option then turn off the button to no steam, small water drop should disappear while ironing, if it still persists take it to near by service centre, occasional water dropping is fine

I don't think is normal, better to check with Philips customer care or a nearby Philips service center within the warranty period

While ironing so many cloths we can notice small drops of water in clothes . Is it normal or leaking
