Outdoor cooking time !
Let's cook on a campfire coals in the bush.
Tajine on coals is from Maghreb, Africa.
Merguez (spicy sausages) and sweet potatoes.
Add raw red onions, avocado, and spices, and you're set.
Don't forget the mint tea.
As often in this area, I used Birch bark and a firesteel to get the fire going.
Notice I try to avoid using the edge of the machete for clearing the ground and stuff like that.
The food scrap bag is compostable.
LNT : All plastic trash should be carried out of the bush.
