I can see just how much happier you are and I think I speak for everyone when I say that we are all excited to see where the channel goes next.

looks a great space and you can do a lot in there. where is it in relation to home and work. i has a great space (room for 4 cars and great height) but possibly just to far from home to spend short periods in with great lanldlord who was classic enthusiast but lost the space to a housing development and my stuff cuurently in a couple of containers with nowhere to work. looking for somewhere close to home thats affordable. My passions as you know are Minis and Volvos!!

Congratulations on the new workshop Marc. The first obvious question is 'As you are intending to move home as a result of changing your job, is the workshop close enough to where you want to live ?". Second question is 'Is there enough headroom for a hoist ?". I know that you have done very well with axle stands and ramps, but a hoist would make life so much easier if you could get one - sponsor maybe ? I'm sure that you have done the sums and that the cash flow will cover the rent now that it's lower than the previous premises. Good luck and best wishes.
Definitely not enough room for a hoist, plus to be a workshop, scope for welding and grinding needs to be limitless. Marc didn’t mention noise issues but if it’s someone’s home it will also be a problem. In other words it will make a nice storage area and that’s about all I think..

I can do all work needed I can weld in there but it’s more me that had chosen not to for a while this May chance as I could build a nice area with the correct materials. Your new place looks great and will be much better for doing many of the jobs associated with restoring classics. However you really need another unit for the dirty jobs because there will always be a need for welding and grinding on old cars. Having a decent kitchen and toilet is important so I am pleased you managed to show them in this video. You should take the Clubman to Bingley - we saw the other car at the last show.
Thanks it’s a great space it really. It will make for a nice work life balance I can work at home and work here that way I can spread time much easier. This place can be set up for welding so that’s a future plan that’s for sure. Let’s see how we get on and clear some cars first. I do plan to bring the clubman it’s time that old thing saw some events 👍

You certainly made the right move there, It's cleaner, warmer with all mod cons and the huge bonus of being able to spend quality time with Mrs S doing your seperate passions which will be great for both of your well being too.
