Pipelines are huge when recruiting. I like to challenge myself and only unlock Tier 1 of the recruiting tree for all positions . Then focus on motivator/talent developer. Once you win them 5 playoff games (unlock program builder) and go Tier 3 on strong roots and relationship builder, it’s game over.
Not sure if you’ve answered this already apologize if you did. what is the best action when it comes to selling a recruit. scheduling visits or sending house?
@@cozy_von8032 Hard Sell is the best. Until you unlock hard sell, use send the house, schedule visits if you have some flexibility, or are really close to another team on a prospect. I don’t schedule many visits these days
I use visits if the prospect is still early in Top 5 stage (i.e., won’t be committing in the next two weeks or so) and I have available visit slots within the next week or two. I avoid scheduling visits for guys that will probably be committing before the visit can occur
@ agreed. I think it’s also worth noting that if you have to schedule a visit with a prospect, you’re in a bad spot. Now, if you have a lead and you’re just trying to compete against another team’s visit, that’s fine. Otherwise, you’re likely going to lose a prospect if you need a visit to stay afloat

2:18 that’s funny my pipeline go to was East Texas… and it’s true, absolute studs in my online Texas St dynasty with 5 other users.
Do you have a video on how to use your coach points?
SMU , they do good recruiting with bad record
I’m watching video now so maybe it’s in there but hard sell and soft sell or hard sell and use 15 hours or 25 if you have 65?
Always hard sell, then fill out the rest with however many hours you can. Typically hard sell + 15 or +25
Didn’t know Baylor had that recruiting allure to them 🤔
What you mean ?
@@michaelstribling1641 wasn’t familiar with their game in summary, I know now.
If i’m starting Dynasty with a 1.5 star team, should i only try to go after 3 star recruits?

@ thank you bro. Your videos help me out alot
I use visits as a booster when I'm pooping myself seeing Georgia in the mix, just sitting and waiting like a psycho

Just seems only power 5 teams can get the big recruits
Pretty damn sad it's set up for SEC to win.
This has been out for awhile.
