2024-13-02: Cheap video capture card test

Today, I bought a video capture device for S/49.50, which is just 12 dollars aprox. It claims that it supports USB 3.0, but physically it's just USB 2.1.
Audio was recorded through Line-In audio from my computer, because the audio output of the capturer is in low quality and it's too delayed.
