Really good guide, but it does not work with free Azure account to deploy S/4HANA. That needed to increase no of CPUs which is not eligible with trial account, need to have Pay as you go.
In most CAL solutions there is also a Windows Server on which the SAP GUI is already installed. If you want to install it on your own, wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BI/Complete+Installation+SAP+GUI+760+and+BEx+Frontend provides some good guidance. If you do not have an S-User, you can download the SAP GUI from developers.sap.com/trials-downloads.html -> Search for SAP GUI on this page. - Holger.
