HOW am I wrong? Explain this to me?
I don't understand how people associate bvb with devil worshiping. They sing about not backing down and don't be afraid of who you are. Yes there are songs about religion but it never once said that the devil is greater than god in ANY of their songs. But hip hop (nowadays) is about Shooting guns, how much money you have, how many women you've banged. I'm not saying that hip hop is devil worshiping I'm just saying that you can't call something so inspirational until you dive deeper into the lyrics

it's just the simple fact that everyone who dresses goth, emo or whatever you want to call it is quickly identified as some strange satanic worshiper or something Idc, just putting it bluntly appearantly alot of ppl stereotype others on first sight...hey I dress like that (minus the make up) & ppl look at me like I'm sent str8 from hell prepping 2 destroy the world, & some say high to me expecting my "high" 2 sound like some fkd up alienated voice but it's simply ur average HUMAN typical teen voice, then they feel stupid, especially the elderly. & on the side not on this generation high schoolers these days will most like b with their friends & you'll pass by & the all simultaneously put on the wtf face & yes they may mean it but half the time they say it to fit in & deep down they envy you wishing they can show their real personality but to embarrassed or ashamed.

Yea when kids at school found out what kind of music I listened to (I just graduated from 7th grade so kids didn't give a flip what you said) and they claimed I was a devil worshipper. I told them I wasn't, that I was a Bible believing Christian and I am. They wouldn't believe me but I didn't give a crap. Anyways, what right do they have to judge? I bet twenty bucks they didn't even research BVB when I told them about it

Andy has such a beautiful way of stating his thoughts. In both his music and conversation, and he says it so eloquently with such an incredible vocabulary and fluidity, I can't imagine the people who tear down "stupid emo punk bands" when this guy is a perfect example of someone trying to make a difference in the world through his music. And it is evident! In his lyrics, and in this amazing interview, you can tell he has a beautiful soul, even through all the black, leather, chains, and liner. So I'm proud of him, never caring what other people think. I want to do the same.

I'm a massive fan of Andy biersack because i had a bad history of been severely bullied, taken advantage of, used, and played for a complete joke for being different as for being autistic, so many people always think of bringing me down and all, and i have a career of being a medic and going into the fire service as a full retained fire fighter :) but like with Andy biersack and his tunes always makes me feel the best person every single day, even when i suffer severe anxiety and depression because of my past, i listen to his tunes especially my favorite has to be "in the end" which is my ringtone hahaha XD :P but it is truly my dream to meet Andy and the crew and that's something i have always wanted :D........ keep going at what you do Andy because your the most amazing person and have to admit someone i look up too for what you do :3.

I really enjoy watching interviews with Andy Biersack. He is so well-spoken and eloquently blunt. Only a week ago, I discovered BVB as a result of checking out Andy's new solo album, The Shadow Side. I really love the positive message Black Veil Brides put into their songs. I've been listening to rock genre for almost 10 years now. I can't believe I only discovered BVB's music recently.
Technological advances are simultaneously an advantage and disadvantage. I've come to make awesome online friends who are in my multiple fandoms. I know non-fandom people will judge my obsessions but I don't give a shit. Everyone is passionate about something. You don't have to like what other people love but at least be respectful. Diversity is what makes the world fascinating. No one wants to live in the world where everyone is the same...with the same interests and personalities.
I know the first hand experience with childhood bullying...but way back back before the internet played a role in bullying. I'm three year younger than Andy so social media wasn't as prevalent as it is nowadays. Even with my generation gap, I can understand how difficult it is to be an adolescent growing up in this time of social media evolution. It deeply saddens me that people get sheer joy of being despicable assholes to others just to get some reaction out of people. Their energy is being focused on the wrong things.
Andy Biersack and Ronnie Radke, along with various talented artists around the world talk to us through their music. It's great if we get a chance to meet them and talk to them in person even for a second, but what I tend to appreciate more is not the one time I talked to my favorite artist, but all of the times that their music helped me get back up on my feet.
I just remember how I used to be bullied for being smart... I felt bad because I liked to read, getting called stupid and nerdy and too smart. It's a very weird thing to be bullied over... so thanks for this video

I was bullied all the way through primary school and 1st year through high school. Then I moved house and school. I'm now 20 and suffer from severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks. I don't trust strangers because I've had so many bad things happen to me, it's difficult for me to trust people.

I used to be bullied in 5th through 7th just for liking 1D. I kinda kept liking BVB a secret but now I wear it and show it off strongly, same thing with 1D now, even though they're on a "hiatus" or break or whatever you want to call it. They've helped me through a lot. I can't thank them enough, and so many others bands I've fallen in love with, whether it be from my dad's music or my mom's or even just from the radio. Thank you 💖💖💖
I finished school in October so now I'm hopefully never gonna get bullied again, I was always a loner, I wasn't like the other kids and anytime somebody new arrived everyone would tell them to stay away from me so I never had many friends even tho I was kind to everyone, but people were always acting and talking like I had a contagious disease, they always told me that I had a disease and 1 touch would kill them so they stood away from me but insulted me and laughed at me and stuff, that's part of the reason for my depression, anxiety and eating disorder because even tho its stopped now I can never get it out of my head and I can't talk to people anymore because I'm always worrying that they'll do what everybody used to do to me, I was always the happy, carefree, kind girl who never pretended to be someone else and who was never afraid of talking to people, but everybody broke that girl and now I'm the complete opposite, I'm still kind, but now I barely ever smile, I can barely leave my bedroom, and I can't remember who the real me is because I've spent so long being somebody else, and when people who used to bully me see my scars and cuts they wonder why I do it, they think I do it for attention and that I have no reason to do it, I feel like they forgot about when they used to hurt me every day, and they pretend to care, they expect me to tell them how I'm feeling and to trust them but I'll never think of them as a friend, to me they'll always be the kid who used to make me wish I was dead, I'm sorry for the rant

I live in Seattle where people are really accepting of the way I dress. People do give me shit for it sometimes but it would've been way worse if I lived in the South or something like that. I have a pretty happy life overall and surprisingly people are really nice of the way that I dress. I've gotten complimented on it more than made fun of for it. Im really glad about that. If people did make fun of me though, I wouldn't stop dressing the way I do because that would be like me letting them win and change me and I hate the thought of that. So anybody who gets made fun of for how they dress, don't stop dressing how you want. We're all gonna die anyways so don't waste your life! If dressing the way you want makes you happy go for it no matter how stupid you think you look in the eyes of other people. If you like how you look then do it

When I got bullied I was like: I don't care what they think about me, they are just shit. And I fighted back, but sometimes I started crying which was my biggest mistake. After the bullying stopped, I started struggling from depression and I wanted to kill myself, my parents and my classmates (which were my bullies). Well my parents because they don't treat me very well. After that I started hating myself because I have no motivation to do something, I got bad at school or whatever I do. I'm only sitting in my room and do nothing. And I can't really change it because oft my depression. Yeah I don't hate myself because I am a weird person, only because of this reasons. Now I am more the loner, which is always sitting in a corner at school. I can't really deal with people and crowds so I am listining to music to make it a bit better. I am a bit of all of you. And I am the I hate everyone and everyone hates me kid. (and sorry for my bad english, I am german). I don't know, I always been very weird. But I really love that people are scared of me. I love scaring people.
I don't know what's wrong with people nowadays. They all want to be different because they think that's cool but they call you weird if you're not like them. That's insane.
To me different is normal. Do whatever you want.
It's been almost 5 years and I still cannot handle how much I adore this guy. He has honestly shaped me so much as a person - the way he talks and thinks and the way he conducts himself is incredible and I've never seen or heard anybody like him. I can't wait to meet him and let him know how much he means to me sometime later this year. I just want to say thank you to him. In a world full of bigots and hypocrites and ignorant people who don't take care of themselves and don't understand much, he gives me faith that there ARE people out there who are intelligent and beautiful individuals.

This is why I love Andy. I'm a thirteen year old girl and everyone sees me as such a flowers and rainbows kind of girl but I'm also an insecure person and my confidence comes out when I listen to the music I like.
I'm the weird kid in school and I'm actually proud of it. I try not to care about what other people think about me. Andy is one of my inspirations.
