- Troy Andersen has had an incredibly unique and illustrious career at the Division 1 FCS level. Whether it was playing runningback, quarterback, or linebacker, he excelled in every level of his game. During his 4 years at Montana State, he became an All American three times all while playing at three different positions. As a Freshman, Andersen was the Big Sky Freshman of the year while playing Running Back. As a Sophomore, he was a Third Team All American at Quarterback. For His Junior and Senior seasons, Andersen decided to play Defense. Andersen was First Team All American at Linebacker for his last two seasons, as well as finishing as a Buck Buchannan Finalist and winning FCS ADA Defensive Player of the Year after his senior campaign. He is widely regarded as the greatest player to ever see the field at Montana State University and has almost assuredly carved his path to the NFL.

This dude has one of the wildest highlight reels I've ever seen.
The dedication this video must have taken to put together- respect. Andersen def deserves it.
I would love to see him at linebacker in the NFL. I think he would aid a defense big time.
pick 6
4.41 at the combine today. You see that speed in the highlights.
Would love to see him as a OLB to chase RBs,TEs,WRs with that blazing speed!!!!
@@dwightlove3704 he's a stud in the middle as well! 6'4 240 running a 4.41 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
@@Det1911 He didn't have necessary experience in their defense as a MLB.There were some prominent WHITE MLB'S that would claim this young man as a ancestor.Joe Schmidt (Detroit) Ray Nitschke (GB) Sam Huff (NYG) Mike Curtis(Baltimore),Jack Lambert(Pittsburgh),Dick Butkus(Chicago)
Kerry Smith I saw him at the combine that 4.4 caught my attention of course.
Most definitely
The Falcons may have gotten the steal of the draft with this guy. You can do so many things with his athleticism power and speed..it’s a very strong possibility he’ll be an instant impact starter
Can’t wait to see this guy put in work!! #falconsnation
Would love to see him lined up against Travis Kelce soon and very much hoping my Raiders draft this guy to supplant KJ Wright.
I've only been watching FCS for a couple of years now, but continue to be impressed at the talent.
We might have the wherewithal to actually pull this off with our mgmt & coaching staff this year 👀
Same here. These bigger programs not offering these FCS super talents more scholarships is beyond me. Incredible athlete..
The definition of a class act and a student athlete, thanks for the memories. Look out NFL, GO CATS!
Great video! On Troy Anderson a jack of all trades.
GOAT. Thanks for putting this together, been craving a highlight reel for Troy for years.
No problem! It was a joy to put this together. I'm currently working on a Tommy Mellott video and Daniel Hardy's is next after that. This channel is definitely not done yet!
I'm a Griz fan and have been watching Big Sky football for over 50 years and he's the best football player if not the best athlete to ever come out of Montana. A good humble and smart kid. Hope he does well in the NFL. Honestly, he's the only reason I watch any games and only his! Good luck Troy.
Best video I’ve seen on Troy!
Well done.
He's a straight up baller! Awesome to see him as a Falcon. Props to my NDSU Bison though, Roll Herd.
Best FCS player to ever play. He needs the jersey retired
Yea this kid will be special on someone team in the pro's...💪🏾💯💯💯🔥
Welcome home to the Seattle Seahawks❗️He’d be perfect for the 3-4 Hurtt want’s to run this season. He can literally do it all! Stop the run, blitz, cover running back’s and wide receiver’s, this guy is special. #TheSwissArmyKnife #GoHawks
Would love him as a Packer. We need LB depth whether Campbell gets resigned or not, and would love to see LaFleur work him on offense for gadget plays as like a Taysom Hill role.
Great job putting this video together! Love it!
Really interesting prospect
I really want to see him as a Dolphin, the speed for such a big guy, when he opens it up, those strides...WOW....play maker, i think its HEART, which can`t be measured !
HE IS A SLEEPER PICK OMG A GEM
I could see Belichick falling in love
with this guy.
Nah, only natural to have him with former WR Trevon Diggs and former RB Micah Parsons.
This man can literally play any position
When you're a 4.40 guy that is the reason.
If that man can catch the football AT ALL he should be a TE in the NFL!
FINALLY
The FCS version of Myles Jack
He and Micah Parsons would be great together.
Bill Belichick probably comes back to this video daily, to kiss the screen and think about what could be.
This year’s parsons at LB
WELCOME TO ATLANTA!
The next Brian urlacher! The Chicago Bears got to the draft this guy.
SF should be looking at this kid. Would look tremendous in red and gold
This guy is a monster
Welcome To Atlanta ATL Baby Rise Up Let’s Go!⚫️🔴⚫️🔴⚫️🔴⚫️🔴⚫️
Ran a 4.41 at the combine.
Dear baby Jesus, knock some since into the Packers and allow them to draft this guy!
He reminds me of Kapernick when he’s a QB. Dude is flat out just a BALLER
Welcome to Atlanta
PLEASE GOD PLEASE COME TO THE CAROLINA PANTHERS THIS IS OUR NEW LUKE KUECHLY
RISE. UP.
Falcons got a gem! Not only do they have Cordy P who is a multi use offensive player but now Troy Anderson who will probably at least play in sub packages on D and eventually he could be a long term replacement for Olukun after Rahsaan Evans contract. Initially I see him being used more offensively in Arthur Smith’s scheme. Mariota and Ridder at Qb and this Taysom Hill clone! No more statue from the Qb!!! This draft was a smash for potential and scheme fit.
Future Chicago Bear 🐻. He gives me Brian Urlacher vibes
Agreed! Cowboys would love this dude
Da bears
WTF 18 minutes highlights video playing QB, RB and LB
dude's do it all
Future Pittsburgh Steeler, Please!! Can you imagine him and T.J. Watt on the same defense?
Please draft him steelers!!
Cmon MCDC get this man
Perfect for the Patriots.
Him tj n Highsmith with tuit heyward n alu alu rotating with adams, steelers def could have a nasty front 7 with that speed next to Devin bush
I can’t tell if he would be a better TE or Linebacker?
Ran a 4.41...Damn. Would love to see my Niners grab him
In 2019 when Anderson stop the Griz QB on the goal line with seconds left on the clock to secure 3 straight and another win in Washington Grizzly Stadium
4.41
Ravens 💪🏿😈
If he's there in the third round they should draft him. Very impressive athlete.
I think they can get him @ 75, but idk if he'll be around for our compensatory pick @ the end of the 3rd; around 100...I'm salvating @ what he can become in 2-3 seasons, & with some NFLcoaching; as I'm getting Keith Bullock & Fred Warner vibes from this dude..very intrigued by the possibility of him playing some H-back; in a backfield with LJ & a healthy Dobbins!!!
He will be in black and silver
He reminds me of Brian Urlacher
Future bear
The bobcats should retire his jersey immediately best player to ever come out of the state of montana by far
Chazz Surratt.
Better;)
Chicago bears
Atlanta got a good one!
Taysom Hill but bigger? A real swiss army knife who is descepetively athletic
Taysom Hill 2.0
He should have been made a RB permanently he would have been a Late 1st round choice with his 4.40 speed.
Arthur Smith needs to give him at least 5 offensive plays per game including at least 3 at QB. Imagine if on opening day people mock ATL with the only Mariotta & rookie Ridder as options. And in the red zone, you have Kyle Pitts, Drake London, and Cordell Patterson at receiver. You put Allegeire in the backfield. And you let Troy take the snap from center.
How would and NFL team defend that? Do you cover Pitts, London, and Patterson? Or do you try to stop the bulldozer of Allegeire? And then Troy Andersen fakes a run and throws a fade to London or Pitts if the LBs move forward. If the LB's drop into zone, then Troy runs an bulldozes them for a TD.
Not as far fetched as you may think. But that is because you haven't seen him yet. You're still in the mode of complaining the Falcons didn't take Nakobe Dean. And hopefully that attitude prevails in the NFL so Troy can teach them all a lesson. Troy Anderson is a better NFL prospect than Nakobe Dean as much as I LOVE that guy.
Imagine play action where Anderson is the only QB on the field. London & Pitts out wide. Someone useful in the slot. Explain how any NFL defense would defend that without blitzing?
49ers
Troy showed up to the Benz last night to play some damn football against the jags... and forced the jags to throw a pic in the 4th quarter.
Welcome to Atlanta where the players play.....

Go Grizzles! 😆
Go cats
Freak athlete
He's a fullback at the next level I promise you. If he does anything defensively it's probably on ST.
@Anthony Mathis GOMD
@Anthony Mathis look it up old man
@Anthony Mathis Bet, if I'm right you can't have oatmeal for a year
You gotta be kidding rt this whole video shows you he’s not a fb
Why play that crap music in this video? White boys from Montana don’t listen to that kind of music! 😄
Yes they do
Unfortunately my peers do. Although most prefer country and 80s rock over it.
Agree with the sentiment though, not a fan of the music choice. It’s all personal preference at the end of the day though, so not much to be done.
I would've gone with Tom MacDonald myself 🤷♂️
Not that good. Wuz too scared to play SEC ball
You mean Big 12
More like they never took interest. Montana and neighboring states school’s were the only ones to really look into him and offer scholarships.
He was also a big Bobcats fan, so that probably held some weight in the decision making process.
