Groves has been through knockout losses, an early stoppage, a loss which a lot of people felt was undeserved, and has been through the tragedy of permanently damaging an opponent, and still came back to become a champion.
As a teenager, Eubank was sent over to the Mayweather gym, alone to essentially have the dream beaten out of him- he's still fighting. He's been in hostile environments, experienced defeat and has also permanently injured an opponent. They're both as mentally hardened as they're going to get. This fight came at the right time, and this tournament has been great for boxing. I hope to see more of them in different divisions.

Casual fans here who’ve never seen Groves at a press conference before. Groves is naturally quite soft spoken and for years now he’s carried this demeanour. There is absolutely nothing here except the obvious fact that Groves is opting not to enter into childish back & fourths about who has the most Instagram followers.

All joking aside, Kalle must have a raging habit. Needs to get on the gear to get thru the day by the look of it. Awesome Press conference! Never new Junior understood the value of selling a fight. In the past his dad did all the talking. I was scared that without his dad he would be as dull as Groves. Quite surprised, Junior seems to be more than game for the art of skull dogury before the fight. And I hate it when fighters say the fight sells itself. No Groves! Fighters sell the fight. Marketing sells the fight. We want to see mental warfare before you get into the ring. It is all part of the fun!

That split decision loss to BJS, after Eubanks first 12 rounder, does not look too bad in the light that BJS is one of the best boxers in the world right now, as in skill and movement...If BJS moves up to SMW at some point, I can see him doing well there...However, watching the Eubank v BJS fight with the sound off, I gave the fight to Eubank...That was not a bad loss to BJS...
