Hello all, in today's video I thought I'd discuss why I bought the BMW M2 Competition instead of other cars that offer similar performance at similar prices. My personal opinion is that the BMW M2 Competition is one of the best performance cars you can get within the £40,000 to £50,000 mark. What do you all think and what would you get for the money?

Had a CLA45 AMG stage 2. Was quick and nice place to be but very numb to drive. Test drove an M2c and never looked back. The M2c far more engaging and raw and you know your driving it. BM3 stage 1 makes it how it should be from the factory.

Cheers buddy! The RAV-4 was almost impossible to get down to it being so rare. Especially the X reg plate ones and if you do find one they’re worth loads. I was going to talk about the Dacia Sandero too

I think the M2 Comp is the perfect choice for you and as long as you’re happy then it’s all that matters. Look forward to seeing more content and it’s nice to be able to hear you 😉.

I also think similar to those points you made when purchasing a new car.
I need a four door instead of a two door car.
I love the M2 competition pack wish it had the option of a 4 door.
After narrowing down a selection of four door high performance cars.
I put forward two cars.
The M3 G80 competition pack @
£80k +
or
The RS3 vorsprung @ £60k +
The RS3 got the most votes.
I believe the prices are to increase this year as well, by a few thousand.
I'm still contemplating. I'm in no rush. I need to come to a decision by the end of this year. Possibly looking at placing an order early next year 2023.
Great reasoning and backing to your comment. The 2 doors isn’t the most convenient is it, I’m fortunate as I can live with it as I have no kids/pets to drive around haha

Hey John, tbf is not that much difference. If I’m being honest probably like 3-7mpg. Comp is slightly worse

How do you find the sound? I had an LCI M2 last year and it was amazing, the N55 is incredible. I’d love an M2 Comp but I can’t get over the noise it makes, personally think it’s terrible. What do you think? (I’m not into modding cars and of all the S55s I’ve heard none of them sounded good)
Mate I’d have to agree with you. Doesn’t sound the best at all especially in comparison to an OG M2. But other than the noise, it is more superior in every other way

a45s is nothing like rs3
They’re more similar than not. The brand new RS3 is a little different granted. Both have around 400bhp, both 4wd and similar price
