Juac - splendido alpeggio

The Juac alpine meadow is beautifully located above Val Gardena's gems Selva and Santa Cristina at the foot of Parco Naturale Pue1z-Odle. Starting from Daunëi parking lot, Rifugio Juac and its meadows is reached in 30min opening a variety options including Seceda, Odles, Ciampinoi with really great mountain passes like Forcella Piza, Forcella San Silvestro, and mountain huts like Rifugio Firenze, Rifugio Stevia, Malga Pieralongia, and more.
With everything closed end of October, we kept it to an easy walk and another gorgeous picnic on the Juac meadows - aren't these colors stunning.
Please, only go to the mountains well equipped - especially to the Dolomites. And, please, respect no fly zones - Parco Naturale Puez-Odle is like all natural and national parks in Italy such a no fly zone beginning quite exactly at Rifugio Juac.
