Pull down from the front to disengage the clips, unplug the one connecting electrical and slide forward to disengage the lock hook. The bulbs are replaced from the top of the light fitting.
To all who attempt to change bulbs, it doesn't come out as easy as showing or saying "ok" infinite times. Could be the diffuser (takes time and patience) or the bulb in most cases, like the ones in min. 10:00 that are hard to get and pull out. Finger tips sore big time.
