⏩Ingredientes:
1-2 Cdtas Aceite de Canola.
500 gr Carne Molida.
3 Dientes de Ajo.
1/2 Cebolla.
1/2 (380gr) Repollo.
Sal al gusto. (una pizca pequenita si utilizas la salsa de soya).
Pimienta al gusto.
1 Cdta Salsa de soya o al gusto (Dependera de la marca y el tipo que utilices).
1 Cdta de Jengibre.
1 Cdta Hojuelas de Chile.
3 Ramitas de Cebollin.
⏩Tips y recomendaciones:
1. Al inicio utilice 1/2 Cdta de Salsa de Soya. Puedes utilizar un poco mas solo ten cuidado
porque si te pasas, te quedara muy salada la comida. Te recomiendo utilices solo media
cucharadita y cuando la carne ya este cocida prueba y si hace falta le pones un poquito mas.
2. Al momento de poner el repollo puedes anadir tambien 1 Cdta de vinagre de vino blanco.
3. Al servir puedes agregar una cucharada de crema espesa, crema acida.

⏩Ingredients:
1-2 tsp. Canola Oil.
500 gr Ground Beef.
3 Garlic Cloves.
1/2 Onion.
1/2 (380gr) Cabbage.
Salt to taste. (Just a pinch if you will use the soy sauce).
Pepper to taste.
1 tsp Soy sauce or to taste (Depend of the brand or the kind of soy sauce you will use).
1 tsp of Ginger.
1 tsp Chili flakes.
3 Sprigs of Scallion.
⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. When I season the ground beef I use only 1/2 Tsp of Soy sauce. You can add more, just becareful. Some soy sauce can leave the beef too salty. I recommend you start by adding just 1/2 tsp and when meat is cook try and if needed, add more.
2. When ground beef is golden brown and you add the cabbage, you can add also 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar.
3. When serve, you can add 1 Tablespoon of Heavy cream.

I just love to eat fresh cabbage with any kind of meat. My mom prefers the cabbage to be marinated or what's called sour cabbage and cooked. Your recipe is great Rosy. Love it.😍😍😍
