Apart from this Sidhharth Vihar is anyhow hot cake right now, in future it's going to be out of budget for so many people.

Ropeway apne confidently bola hai, Theme park aur Golf course to shayad ban bhi jaye, Ropeway Banna mushqil hai waha due to the structure of area, agar ban bhi gaya to kitne log marengey no idea aur usey band karna padega at the end.
