Major cause of low house availability in Nairobi is the fact that so many people move to the city with the hope of securing ONE of the job that may pop here and there within the city perimeter! In the cause, one family turns to a family of multiple! And above that, idle bodies are everywhere! Putting tremendous pressure on the city! A solution to this major problem is idle bodies should be encouraged to move back to the rural where they can be productive by tilling the land and producing! The many educational skills held by these idle bodies can be applied to efficiently FARM! Now, housing crisis would be somehow be solved, plenty of food be made available, expansion of the economy, creation of employment as a result of the expanded economy, and ABOVE ALL, PESA KWA MFUKO to many!
