I'm in the USA, and wondering about getting it repaired, example: needing to change tires, service to the electronics...... if need be.
You need to colab with @benfox as he's an avid scooter rider/reviewer and the stance bit has been his biggest pet peeve with previous scooter designs.
Look forward to trying out this and championing the electric revolution.
When’s it being released
It’s a nice scooter. I’m try to return mine. They said to send pictures and I think I did what they want. Haven’t heard from them for a few days. Not sure what’s going on so be careful of their return policy.

One of the main things that make the Xiaomi scooters so popular is the affordability.
Micro mobility products haven't moved out of the niche market. If you want to catch the interest of more people looking for alternatives to public transport, the price would need to attract them.
I would love to meet up with Carson at TAUR, as the person with the countries first *road legal electric scooter* in the UK, I believe that the reason the E-Scooter is not yet legal is down to the framework. I am reaching out to a few youtuber at the moment but as a British company it would be great it TAUR was to spear head the legalisation of E-Scooters.

The electric scooter community on Reddit is obsessed with stats for price, power and range. This is important, but Taur is trying to bring something new to the market here, not just another "me too" product - that is tough. I say credit to Carson for taking time to address these questions. But more importantly for pushing the envelope on electric scooters. Will it be a success..? Only time will tell, but I'm for supporting anyone innovating and taking a risk in this space.

I love the scooter only thing I think let's it down is the none folding handlebars, foot plates fold up to make it narrow but handlebars stick out when in narrow hallways, walking with it they can hit passers by, and storing it in vehicle even as optional would be great

Have a zero 9&8 my lady and I have used this summer for fun and love them but seeing this product I am I love ❤️ all over again. Big air wheels and stand position are the first 2 things that got my attention as I ride my Zero 9 with my feet side by side for a more stable ride. I am interested and hope my order gets to me by April with this pandemic still going on
How’s the joystick waterproof tho? Wouldnt water enter the gaps?
