Appeal to dalits to end descrimination: Dalits should be educated, they should know their rights, they should be taught confidence. Reservation is a paradox because when you say you have reservation to people, they get to know that you are Dalit then they will look down on you and then you ask for reservation to compensate. Once a Dalit comes out of poverty and attains education he should stop calling him self a dalit with confidence and give up reservation. Half of the effort must be made by Dalits themselves to come out of discrimination. when you calling yourselves a Dalit you are saying that you belong to so called "lower category" human being, so do not call yourselves a dalit. Dalits should understand the fact that the society is branding you with a name called dalit, and the dalits are accepting that branding and opting for reservation. Whoever has a higher income should EITHER be shifted to Next upper Category OR Current fix percentage reservations should be divided into Low & High income category eg: 7% of ST= 5% For Low income, 2% for higher income people. And similarly for other categories... But for this latest Income Census and new Caste Census are required.
