And saddened because of distance and cost of currency, shipping that i cant buy your tools or work projects, so this leaves me with all sorts of questions on how to do some of your techniques. So my question is when making your rings or outside hoops how many layers of tape and paper strips do you use before you shape and glue to harden them .
Hello Val, thank you for your interest and the nice words! We’re happy to hear that you like our rose designs. To answer your question: it depends on the size on the rings. For the big ring (size ø 137) you use 2 paper strips with tape + 10 paper strips with glue. And it’s understandable with the shipping fee - due to Covid-19, our delivery service company increased the prices unfortunately. If it’s too high for you, then we sometimes recommend to our international customers to try some of our German retailers. They often have a lower shipping fee and also sell via eBay and Amazon. Hi there Ann, we understand nobody likes shipping cost.We were able to reduce the shipping costs to approximately 15 US dollars when shopping via our website karenmarieklip.com. We are not yet on Amazon since it’s not available in Denmark. But we do have a few German retailers that sell via the German Amazon (such as Hobbyland Rauchmann) - you can try to shop there - just note that not all products are available on Amazon.
