Jesus, hear my prayers. I’m holding on to my faith. As a single parent things are hard on me both of my sons are special needs and require so much from me. I’m constantly struggling to provide the basic necessities for them I’m so ashamed. God hear my prayers. Every month I constantly struggle to pay my bills and struggle to provide groceries for my children Im so ashamed. BUT I KEEP FAITH. Even though I want to give up. Amen! 💕❤️

Thank you Lord.❤ Thank you Fr Dave for this beautiful message of God, “ Whose inscription do you see when you look at yourself in the mirror”. You give to God what belongs to God, you give to the state what belongs to the state. When we talked about righteousness, you look at the law, you don’t look who is talking. We can’t avoid the 2 things, death and taxes. You can go to heaven by being moral person not just legalistic. Pray for us Lord Jesus.🙏To remind us that what or who could merit heaven are the righteous. Amen.🙏❤️

What you said, Fr. Dave, about Not everything legal is moral is true. Sad to say that one of the experience of a son of a family friend who was then studying his Post Graduate in a very well known University was really disappointing. That son had a professor who emphatically said that "What is Legal is Moral" so it makes me really wonder why a Catholic University hired such a faculty member not in synch with the values and principles of that Catholic Education Institution. Perhaps that faculty member is not just one of those and ,maybe we have some (to be polite in a way) faculty members influencing our young minds that is not Catholic.

There are 2 things we can not avoid,
Death and Taxes.
