Rasenmäh Roboter von Gardena mit eigener luxus Garage

Unser Mähroboter hat nun ein neues Zuhause. Extra für Ihn, wurde in vielen Arbeitsstunden diese Garage angefertigt. Eine 1 zu 1 Kopie von der echten Garage gleich daneben. Natürlich nur das Beste für den fleissigen Roboter. ;)

Wow, echt eine Hammerleistung, gratuliere! Mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und das Garagentor völlig rein mechanisch... Coole Idee!
Bin momentan am Bau meiner in einem Mäuerchen "versteckten" Garage, allerdings aus praktischen Gründen da wohl eher mit einem elektrisch betriebenen Rolladen...

Hi, I have started a similar project. I have challenges with closing the gate 100% due to travel limitations. I see that my garage is slightly longer than yours, I also have longer travel distance than you on the part that the robot drives into to pull the gate down, but still I need 15cm more with travel before the gate is closed.
Not sure what kind of mechanism you have for closing the door, I have springs on the door at the top, tensioned down in the garage to open easily, I also have springs on the frame that travel in the drawer rails that the robot pushes on when it enters. I open the gate as much as necessary for the robot to go out/in, pull the drawer plate towards the gate and adjust the rope to this point. When I then pull the drawer in to the end point of the charging station, I still lack 15cm of pull to close. Do you have tips or can you post a new film / pictures that show more details on this, preferably with a ruler lying inside the garage so I see what dimensions there are?
