@@SashMash I don't remember mihoyo ever showing us the anniversary rewards. I mean yes aloy but everything else is just events in the game like the others. Genshin is in its first year and I wish most people stop bring up how much genshin made when all that money was split between paying mihoyo the staff of genshin the bills for the building and the game itself. People say mihoyo greed but they bought a school for kids and the video is on UA-cam. Genshin is updated every six weeks most gacha don't do that and the pity system is the best in any gacha because it carries over into the next banner. Which for all I have seen is only in genshin not even honkai has it.

Well, the community rewards they announced were definitely disappointing. Hopefully we get some better in game stuff, but as of now yeah it’s super hard to recommend this game to others
You know you're dealing with a really stingy company when the player base consistently jokes about getting 3 fowls or 5000 mora for a first anniversary but the sad thing is that we're only half-joking because it's a literal option. I've played FGO (which is a completely different tier of hell) for 5 years and our equivalent of the fowl joke is getting a blue Rider gem for maintenance compensation which like getting the sliver ascension crystal in Genshin. However, I've never heard any outrage during our first anni even though it's pretty much a free 10 summons + some mats via a week log-in, a nice artwork, a new banner character for 1st anni, and a guaranteed 5* via paid 10-pull.

If the company is ever going to listen to outside parties, it's gonna be from JP cause they're the second biggest revenue.
