The part at 1:08 - 1:38 is actually a mixed rhythm.
Compared to the OST ( watch?v=uBH0orRDkjw ),
the bass is three-four time
and the high notes are in four-four time.
The mentioned part in this video is three-four time only.
Though, I like both versions :)
