Yes you can, its called practice and patience Once you play at the high ranks (D2 and above) seeing gameplay like this becomes your norm Like yes Guma is REALLY good but he is just lil bit different in a way than your average SoloQ Grandmaster-Challenger adc player, He is a teamplayer, this alone makes him really different that the rest, when most adc mains i have met in grandmaster-challenger are really egoistic solo player types, so they will abandon your as5 Its a really amazing to play with Esport adc's when you can really rely on them when you really need them and they dont push ego in your face Its actually fun to play game when you know there is not mentaly unstable induvitual as adc but actual human being with working set of brains

The champion is too solo Q focused. Close to no utility for the team either. Cait can set traps to deny areas, Jinx can steal objectives with R plus pop off from a single assist. Ashe has globalnvision and a global stun, Varus has lethality for lots of poke/objective stealing plus a really good snare, Kalista has free vision and a free escape for her support and can outsmite objectives, Xayah has CC, AoE and her ult is awesome. Etc etc. Ezreal can only deal damage and that's it.
Guma's Kai'sa and Ezreal are famously bad and have negative winrates in pro. He doesn't pilot those champs well enough. SoloQ is a different thing though

He has been played in pro in years past, but his damage out put is solely based on his Q which at the pro level are harder to hit. You also mentioned Varus poking, hell EZ is know as the #1 adc poker bc of how small his Q CDR is.........
The hardest part of playing ezreal at this level is maintaining the timing between his autos and his Q while still focusing on not getting hit AND QW accuracy and spacing

Playing against the highest coordinated, well practiced players is high risk as the chances of them missing a part of their champs kit makes them a high value minion and useless. Thats why his pick rate isn't that high unless he is highly favorable in the meta for the patch version World's is being played. Period.
I don't see anything complicated here all you need to do is land your skill shots, dodge everything, space perfectly, safe position, seems easily done gonna go try it
