I may be old, but still have pretty good hearing. I have the volume of the video up to maximum and the volume of my computer topped out, and it is near impossible to hear you. Also, instead of just showing us a long sequence of actions, why don't you EXPLAIN what you're doing and why, BEGINNING with the goal of the exercise? That would be a lot more useful to me.
